— Phone number
My personal data may be accessed by employees of third-party companies and organizations to which personal data may be transferred for the purposes of compliance with education legislation and the performance of the Agreement.
I agree that my personal data may, within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, be transferred to representatives of government authorities of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, other organizations, and individuals for the purpose of resolving matters related to my education.
Actions performed on my personal data during processing include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
My personal data is processed:
— with or without the use of automated tools;
— with transmission via public communications networks.
This consent to personal data processing remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved and terminates early upon the Operator's receipt of a withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent is carried out by submitting a written request to the Operator.
In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator may continue processing my personal data on the following grounds:
— processing is necessary to achieve purposes stipulated by the laws of the Russian Federation, or to fulfill the functions, powers, and obligations assigned to the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
— processing is necessary to perform the Agreement to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, or to enter into an Agreement at the initiative of the data subject or an Agreement under which the data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor;
— processing is necessary to exercise the legitimate rights and interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the data subject are not violated;
— processing is carried out on personal data made publicly available by the data subject or at their request;
— processing is carried out on personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure under federal law.
